1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GYMIUM mobile application (the "App").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and GYMIUM, operated by Giuseppe Spina, established in Italy ("GYMIUM", "we", "our", or "us").

2. Description of the Service

GYMIUM is a fitness application that provides features such as:

• workout tracking and logging
• pre-built and customizable workout routines
• exercise demonstrations and video guides
• progress tracking and related analytics
• AI-powered coaching features
• personalized workout plan generation

The App is designed to help users plan, track, and improve their fitness routines. The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or emergency assistance.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App, or at least 13 years old where permitted by applicable law.

By using the App, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement.

If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian, where required by applicable law.

4. User Accounts and Local Storage

GYMIUM does not require account creation.
